The Project Story
Mall of Aligarh is conceived as an integrated bus terminal and retail destination at Rasulabad, Aligarh — a government integrated project developed by Weltix. Rather than treating transit and commerce as separate concerns, the development brings a functioning bus terminal, retail floors, dining, entertainment and hospitality onto one address.
At its core sits a central atrium open to sky, around which the retail floors, anchor stores and hyper store are organised — from the lower ground level through to the upper floors that house the food court, multiplex, banquet halls and service apartments.
